We are excited to see the bridge for the Sydney Children's Hospital successfully land on-site. This 22-meter bridge, connecting the existing building to the new one, was meticulously fabricated in our workshop in Silverwater. Over the weekend, both components of the link bridge were successfully flipped and lifted into place.

💡 Interesting facts:

1. Due to its length, the fabrication of the bridge was split into 2 components.

2. For height constraints and to ensure the bridge could leave our workshop, it was fabricated on its side.

3. A 'flip and lift' scenario was conducted in our yard to ensure that all aspects were evaluated before proceeding on-site.

4. The bridge was escorted from our workshop to the site to guarantee road safety.

Next steps: Assembling both components and installing the roof.

Genuine teamwork at its finest! Our commitment to collaboration, a core value of ours, was exemplified by the seamless coordination of our team throughout the entire process - from workshop fabrication, through transport, to installation.Massive shout-out to our skilled welders, riggers, and project managers for a job well done! 👏
