Sustainability is an essential part of who we are and how we operate. We understand the importance of reducing our environmental impact, and we’re committed to making meaningful changes that benefit our employees, clients, and the wider community.

Our 2030 Net Zero Strategy, launched in 2023, outlines our plan to achieve net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by the end of the decade. As part of this journey, we have switched to 100% renewably generated electricity and created an EV Ownership and Charging Strategy that will enable on-site charging and incentivise the purchase of EVs for our employees.

We also hold ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification, which ensures we meet international environmental standards and continually improve our practices to reduce our footprint.

This year, we’re certified through the Steel Sustainability Australia (SSA) program with the Australian Steel Institute, recognising our commitment to sustainable steel manufacturing. This certification is part of a broader effort to ensure responsible sourcing and production across the supply chain. It also supports the Green Building Council of Australia’s Green Star Rating, helping us contribute to more sustainable buildings across the country.

Through these initiatives, we’re not only reducing our carbon footprint but also playing our part in creating a more sustainable and responsible future for the construction industry.
